Excellent family owned business that our commercial and residential entities have had the privilege to work with now for over ten years. The team that does the work is professional and competent. The difference in good contractors and really good contractors is generally defined by how they handle the unusual or out of ordinary situation or problem. Prime has a way of always handling any out of the norm situation quickly and professionally. We have had several instances where the job turned out to be more than any of us expected. Without missing a beat the Prime team reacted and addressed the totally out of the ordinary situation. When the repair or installation is totally ordinary there are never surprises. When we use them for a repair to a main line 10 feet deep that is 50 years old you really never know what you will run into. The difference with these guys is they have the people to do the ordinary and a lot of experience that helps them when they run into the not so ordinary situation. We use them because they always come thru in a timely fashion. Good people generally lead to good results

Tim, owner of Prime, sent Garrett, Jake, and Eric out to replace my sewer and water lines - over 100 feet! They did an incredible job. Arrived shortly after the sun rose and did not leave until the job was done (about an hour after the sun set). Their professionalism and care were evident throughout the day. Not to mention that it snowed almost all damned day! They did as little digging to my yard as possible, working hard to sleeve a 4" PVC into the 6" clay that was over 50 years old and breaking apart. They skillfully navigated their earth mover around my sloped yard and carefully around my deck. Not only did they do no damage, but they wiped down my deck banister, and put the dirt back with such care that it's graded better now than it was before! They brought my inside pipe up to code with 1" copper, including a back flow preventer, pressure relief valve, and new overflow tank on the water heater. They laid grass seed and straw in the dark. I can't thank these guys enough for the incredible hard work they did and the obvious pride they take in their work.

I recently had the pleasure of working with an absolutely outstanding plumber (David M.) , and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The most professional and honest service out there in MD. We went through 3 of the big names all demonstrated severe dishonesty to get the highest profits. None were concerned the home owner was just diagnosed with Acute Luekemia 9 days ago and needs to begin Chemo therapy Monday. It was only Prime Plumbing that truly followed through through there honest words and did so with kindness. We had an outstanding experience with David Morse when he came to fix our water heater. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. He quickly diagnosed the issue and got to work. We’re going on a week long vacation soon, and now with our water heater repaired we can leave with peace of mind.
